The Event TM Suite is a modular, cloud-based system for managing live events with real-time collaboration, oversight, and accountability. Built by industry professionals, for industry professionals, it replaces spreadsheets, paper logs, and untraceable processes with one interconnected suite of tools — accessible from any browser, on-site or remotely.
The suite includes four standalone but interconnected tools, each tailored for different operational areas:
Event Logger – for incident logging and control room coordination
Fuel Management Engine – for tracking generator, tank, and vehicle fueling
Airwave Admin – for managing the distribution and logging of event radios
Key Safe – for managing physical key sign-out and return
Included with all options is the Event Software Suite Dashboard - view all your events and the suite system vitals, manage the settings for the Event Wallboard, between members only, password protected & public
Each tool works independently or as part of an integrated ecosystem. Events are accessible across dashboards with shared assets and permissions — no duplication, no confusion.
