Control Log Software License Agreement

1. Overview This agreement covers the licensing and permitted use of the Event TM Control Log software ("Software") developed and owned by Jacob Archer Event Solutions.

2. Licence Grant We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for the duration of your subscription, in accordance with these terms.

3. Usage Restrictions You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code

• Use the Software for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

4. Data Ownership & Security All incident data and entries belong to you. We provide secure cloud storage and backup. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5. Support & Availability We offer email and phone support during working hours. We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Termination You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this agreement or misuse. Upon termination, you may request a final export of your data.

7. Intellectual Property The Software, interface, design, and all source materials remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from software failure, access issues, or data misuse.

9. Updates & Modifications We may release updates or patches to improve performance or address bugs. Major changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Governing Law This licence agreement is governed by English law. Legal disputes shall be handled in English courts.
