Control Log Terms and Conditions

Read the Terms & Conditions for use of our in-house cloud-based event control log software

1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Jacob Archer Event Solutions ("Event TM", "we", "us") to the client ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.


2. Scope of Services We provide traffic management, event production, web design, and related consultancy and logistics services. Any service descriptions provided via proposal, email, or verbal agreement form part of this contract.


3. Quotations & Bookings All quotations are valid for 30 days. Bookings are only confirmed upon written acceptance and may require a deposit.


4. Cancellations & Charges Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 14+ days prior: No charge

  • 7–13 days: 50% of total fee

  • Less than 7 days: 100% of total fee


5. Payment Terms Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge.


6. Equipment Use & Damage Hired or supplied equipment remains the property of Event TM unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for loss or damage unless caused by our personnel.


7. Insurance We carry appropriate public liability and employer’s liability insurance. Copies are available on request.


8. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures arising from events beyond our control including extreme weather, strikes, or third-party failure.


9. Client Responsibilities You must provide timely access, accurate event details, and ensure safe working conditions for our staff and contractors.


10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution Complaints should follow our published complaints procedure. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.


11. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
