We provided support during the Build for the event with Site Crew and Site office staff. Running the Site office daily to manage on-site activities and deliveries, and track/log usage of festival plant, equipment and radios.

H&S in events knowledge was used along with our bank of event-specific signage to ensure the site met requirements for fire and emergency/warning signage. It was commented by the H&S manager that he rarely visits a site where signage is compliant before he arrives, and that we had picked up on key areas like Fire Action and Hearing Protection for the public, which most sites usually miss.

We also dealt with some internal site traffic equipment and signs along with staff car park preparations and demarkaction after they had faced issues in previous years.

Over the event day we assisted with running the site office and parking all vehicles on site. Briefings were given alongside the H&S manager to the security and steward team running the drop off/pick up zone. Over the event live period we asisted in the smooth operations of Event control through the ingress/egress of 4000+ ticket holders by taxi and 8000+ by event-arranged bus transport.

Though the break of the event we supplied multiple crew to assist with returning the event site back to its natural state
