Last updated 25 June 2025

Event TM is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chains. We take our responsibility seriously under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and support efforts to combat exploitation in all forms.

Our activities — including traffic management, event staffing, technical infrastructure, and logistics — require collaboration with a wide range of suppliers and subcontractors. We expect all parties we work with to uphold ethical labour standards.

Our Commitments:

  • We do not engage in, or knowingly work with those involved in, any form of forced labour, slavery, or human trafficking.

  • All staff and contractors are paid fairly, work voluntarily, and are treated with dignity and respect.

  • We conduct due diligence on new suppliers and partners to assess their compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

  • We communicate our expectations clearly to our supply chain partners.

  • We train team members on recognising and reporting signs of exploitation.

If concerns arise, they should be reported to Jacob Archer-Moran (Owner) immediately. Any substantiated breach of this statement may result in the termination of supplier contracts or legal referral.

This statement is reviewed annually and published on our website in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
